Who are the Green Energy Neighbors?

Green Energy Neighbors (GEN) aims to connect households considering home efficiency and energy improvements (the learners) with community members who have already made these improvements (the mentors). GEN was designed by A2Zero Ambassador volunteers passionate about advancing carbon neutrality. The GEN network is free of charge and open to all interested in reducing their home’s carbon footprint.

How can I get involved with Green Energy Neighbors?

Connect as a Learner

If you have questions about home efficiency, electrification, energy recovery ventilators, heat pumps, and renewable energy adoption, the Green Energy Neighbors are here to help! Mentors in the network have completed projects such as energy audits, switched from gas to all electric appliances, installed solar panels and solar batteries, and much more.

Connect as a Mentor

Join the Green Energy Neighbor Mentor network and connect with community members to share your experience on decarbonizing your home.
